Nancy has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years. After specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care, she continued her education and received a MBA in the late 80's. She has always understood that true healing emanates from within the individual and is a combination of body, mind and spirit. She embarked on pursuing a holistic healing career and received her PhD in 2008, creating Nancy Schappert Healthy Living LLC and setting up a private practice.

Her practice offers several complimentary therapies. Healing Touch has become the most poular treatment offered and the one that best speaks to her heart. Nancy offers sessions for chronic illness, acute and ongoing pain management, stress reduction, improved recovery time from surgery, lessening the side effects from cancer treatments and many others. Her sessions are based on heart centered compassionate care of the whole person-body, mind and spirit. She will co-create with you a plan that meets your needs and at your pace, bringing back balance and joy as you continue on your life journey.

She is married and has two sons, the older one is currently serving in the Navy. She enjoys organic gardening and riding her horse on their Chester County farm.
