I am an energy medicine practitioner and instructor with over 23 years of experience.  I am also a Board Certified Holistic Nurse, and hospice and palliative nurse.  I have devoted my life to Healing Touch and Energy Medicine practices and to assisting others with their healing journey. Other Energy Medicine practices include Myofascial Release, Craniosacral, Integrative Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Sound Healing and Mindfulness Meditation.

I offer integrative sessions for all those who seek support in their own healing of body, mind and spirit.  I also teach Healing Touch classes throughout the year for those who desire an in-depth understanding and practice of healing work using energy-based concepts.  One of my greatest joys is to bring light to the world through teaching and sharing the gift of Healing Touch and other energy medicine modalities.
